Your Role:
- You’ll be the driving force behind our General Practice and Allied Health Services, leading the way in operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- You’ll inspire our clinical and administrative staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- You’ll ensure we’re always compliant with healthcare regulations and that we maintain our practice accreditation.
- You’ll be at the forefront of healthcare innovation, helping us adopt new technologies and processes.
- You’ll manage our stakeholder relationships, building strong partnerships with medical professionals, regulatory bodies, and community organisations.
Your Skills and Experience:
- You’ve proven yourself as a COO or in a similar multi-regional general management role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- You understand the unique challenges and opportunities of operating General Practice and Allied Health Services in regional, rural and remote settings.
- You’re a natural leader with excellent organisational abilities.
- You have a relevant degree or qualifications in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- You’re comfortable driving long distances in rural areas and have a driver’s licence with no work restrictions.
