Our resilience has helped us through good and tough times, and it still drives us to keep pushing the challenging expectations today.As an Officer Data Administration, your core responsibility will be to enter, categorise and allocate safety, health and security incident reports submitted into the Qantas Group’s Safety System (Intelex) with a high level of accuracy and in accordance with service delivery standards. Additionally, you will perform routine and ad-hoc data quality assurance activities, and provide support in the use of the system to our safety business partners. This is an entry level role, ideal for someone looking to kick start their career in data or technology.You’ll have –1-3 years of experience within a similar role is preferredDemonstrated proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and Office 365Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on service deliveryStrong interpersonal skills for dealing with people at all levels of the organisationExperience in establishing close working relationships with peers, business partners and key stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in the documentation of work plans and procedures desirable.Why Qantas?You’ll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
