We are a proud Western Australian co-operative and as Australia's largest co-operative we are a leader in the Australian grain industry. We have grown from humble roots into one of the world's largest and most efficient grain supply chains, delivering millions of tonnes of quality Western Australian grain into the hands of customers around the world each year.
Our storage and handling system currently receives and exports around 90 per cent of the Western Australian grain harvest and is regarded as one of the best in the world. We in-load via our own in-house design screw conveyor pits, bucket elevators, ground conveyors, trippers, and stackers into multiple storage types. We strive to continually improve our equipment from site feedback, and we have a strong pipeline of work that focuses on out-loading with multiple new rail loading facilities and expansions of our existing receival sites.

About the role
We're currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our Projects Delivery Group - Commercial Team.
As an Officer - Project Delivery, you will be responsible for supporting the Projects Delivery Team in areas such as purchasing, personnel logistics, accommodation, staff on(off)boarding, and contractor on(off)boarding. Your role will also focus on continuous improvement and streamlining processes to contribute to the effective delivery of projects by the Projects Delivery Group.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate collaborative relationships with internal customers and business units to enhance teamwork and efficiency.
Provide dedicated support to team members, fostering a cohesive working environment and utilising effective communication.
Uphold a commitment to delivering a high level of customer service, ensuring consistent, timely, and accurate information is provided to customers.
Maintain professionalism in all correspondence, aligning with CBH values and using appropriate terminologies.
Identify and cultivate key relationships with consultants, contractors, and suppliers aligned with CBH Values.
Apply procurement practices and expenditure controls in accordance with CBH policies and procedures.
Organize light vehicle fleet and parking spaces associated with fleet cars at the head office.
Efficiently arrange travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodation in collaboration with Project Delivery teams including demonstrating initiative to forward plan for accommodation based on project lifespan.
Organize necessary site office facilities at project locations in collaboration with Delivery teams.
Contribute to cost reduction efforts within PDG by identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency improvements, and waste reduction across internal and external processes.
What You Bring to the Role:
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting various aspects of Project Delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated experience in a similar role.
Current driver's license.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and under pressure.
Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organisation and external stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously but be a strong contributor to team processes.
An ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate values of Collaboration, Respect, Reliability, Sustainability, Inclusion, Diversity and Equity.
Beneficial experience:
In addition to the key requirements, the following attributes would be highly valued in the successful candidate:
Intermediate experience in use of SAP
Experience with travel arrangement
Knowledge of financial processes and the WA agriculture sector
