Our Maintenance and Industrial Services division specialises in the planning, management, and execution of maintenance, shutdowns and sustaining capital works. We are looking for an Offshore Decommissioning Supervisor to be the Monadelphous focal point for all offshore personnel including subcontractors. If you have a coatings or welding background, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Successful project delivery of a multidisciplinary campaign team.
- Provide expert advice, support, technical or functional information as required.
- Development of work packs and supporting documentation to ensure efficient execution.
- Overseeing the full spectrum of planning, considering materials, resourcing and equipment procurement and upkeep.
- Ensure activities are completed safely and meet the schedule, respecting the critical path and deadlines.

What you will bring
- Previous experience as an offshore Supervisor
- High attention to detail with a methodical approach
- A strong focus on delivery, working to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team-oriented approach
- Proof of right to work in Australia.
- Coatings NACE level 2 or welding background preferred
