About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an L&D Trainer to work within our L&D team on fixed term contract until the 30th of August.
This role will be responsible for consistently providing Learning and Development solutions to our contact centre that aligns with our vision and values.
We are seeking someone who has the following attributes:
- Experience training and presenting to large groups
- Ability to run training on systems (CRM)
- Experience in content creation across various e learning authoring tools
- Understanding of adult learning principles and how to create an engaging learning environment
- Able to understand, translate and deliver complex information to others in a simple, tailored and effective way
- Thrives in adaptability and change
- Bubbly and energetic
- Organised and reliable
