Recruitco, Along side our SA clients are currently seeking to employ the services of applicants with Food service assistant, Kitchen hand and cleaning experiences for roles within Aged care and Hospital health settings. These roles consist of ON CALL and some rostered block shifts . The roles will be based from ALL AREAS OF ADELAIDE including Goolwa, Port Noarlunga and Yankalilla through Northern Suburbs also. Every consideration will be made to roster shifts closest to your home location however there is a requirement to drive to all locations required, You will have access to a live roster that is updated everyday and shifts allocated evenly. To be successful you will demonstrate willingness to drive to all required locations requested by Recruitco. Previous experience working within the aged care or Hospital health provider industries would be advantageous. You will be responsible for the safe service of foods, cleaning of facilities and amenities. To be successful you will be required to:
- Be fully vaccinated 3x covid and current flu vaccination ( able to provide evidence )
- you must have a current Licence and reliable vehicle
- You must have current police clearance
- A working with children check would be advantageous or willingness to obtain once commenced.
- You must be willing to travel as you may not get the same site each shift
- Be prepared to work some split shifts upon request
A suitable level of catering staff member:
- Is capable of prioritising work within established routines, methods and procedures;
- is capable of prioritising work within established policies, guidelines and procedures;
- is responsible for food preparation and services work performed with a medium level of accountability or discretion;
- works under limited supervision, either individually or in a team; most of the time person will work individually;
- possesses good communication and interpersonal skills;
