Form of workMedacs Health is partnering with a non-profit, charitable organization that provide jurisdictional Ambulance Paramedic Services to Australia Nationally.
Medacs are seeking On Road jurisdictional Ambulance Paramedics for permanent roles in Perth WA. With sponsorship visas on offer and excellent relocation assistance, these are roles not to be missed!
The role:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to all ambulance calls, to provide ambulance care for the sick and injured in the pre-hospital environment and to transport the patient to or from the appropriate medical facility, constantly monitoring the patient's condition at all times.
- Communicate effectively and appropriately with patients, relatives, health professionals, and members of the public and other emergency services to ensure the best possible care for the patient is achieved.
- Provide a high level of emergency care to patients within the scope of the Clinical Practice Guidelines
- Provide comprehensive ambulance patient care in accordance with Operational Guidelines, Clinical Practice Guidelines, policies and work instructions.
- Drive vehicles in a safe manner
- Maintain all equipment and ensure vehicle is prepared, maintained and equipped
- Ensure vehicles and equipment are kept in a clean and operational state
Necessary Criteria
- Current AHPRA Qualifications - or ability to obtain
- Bachelor of Science (Paramedicine)
Minimum 2 years' recent On Road experience (within the past 12 months) with a recognised jurisdictional ambulance service as a paramedic, ESSENTIAL.
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) Certificate
- Driver's License
- National Police Clearance Certificate (issued within last three months)

Relocation Assistance:
