On Road Service Technician

Access Services Group, part of Access Group Australia, is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry, providing service, sales, and support.We specialise in the maintenance and repair of all types of equipment including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers and generators supplied by world leading brands such as Genie, JLG, Merlo and Globe Power.We have a strong team of employees who work in a fast-paced, high-performing, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.Our Access Service Sydney team is seeking a hardworking, reliable and motivated On-Road Service Technician for a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm.You will be part of a fast-growing team of 'renowned super techs' supporting our 'ultimate customer experience' by helping with regular maintenance service and emergency onsite service to our fleet.You will be responsible for the servicing of a leading range of equipment in our St. Marys Workshop, as well as servicing equipment onsite.Maintaining our fleet to manufacturer, company, and Australian standards.Deliver timely response to emergency breakdowns.Liaise with our customers on-site.Maintain and adhere to safety standards and Zero harm focus.Provide a professional approach to mechanical solutions and maintenance of equipment.Ensure timely mechanical repairs and fault findings.Raise initiatives in our employee initiative program; we value your input to making our processes streamlined or improve with your industry knowledge and every quarter, acknowledge one winner in the employee rewards program.Assisting in Workshop duties as required.The successful candidate will be an individual who will honour our core values of People, Safety, Respect, Communication, and Continuous Improvement - in addition to this, they will have;Australian recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate Preferably with similar working experience as a Light Vehicle Mechanic, Heavy Diesel Mechanic, or Mechanical Fitter.Current and valid Driver's LicenseOHS Construction Card (White card preferred)Elevated Work Platform license (highly desirable)Experience working with Diesel Engines and Hydraulic equipment.Experienced in servicing, periodical inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs to equipment including, but not limited to, Elevated Work Platforms - Lighting Towers and Telehandlers.Willingness to learn new skills - comprehensive training and development Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to work and adapt in a dynamic ever-changing environment effectively, with minimal supervision.Demonstrated commitment to quality; ability to prioritise work, meet deadlines and be self-motivatedValid NSW Driver's License.Benefits of Joining the Access ServiceA competitive remuneration package aligned with your experience and qualifications.You will be provided with a fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card, and a company phone.The opportunity to work for a well-established, energetic, and secure organisation.
