The Position:
Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is now available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our newly acquired Unitech Building Services division. In this diverse role, you will assess and quote on works, engage, coordinate, and manage trades, and oversee the restoration process for buildings damaged by insurable events. Travel around metro Adelaide will be required and you will be responsible for providing regular updates to customers and clients, ensuring a high level of service is provided.

The Position:

- Estimate & building re-instatement works
- Write building assessment reports for insurance companies
- Deliver construction projects from commencement to completion
- Engage, coordinate & manage trades
- Oversee multiple projects for an extensive client base
- Liaise with insurance assessors, loss adjusters, homeowners & building contractors
- Ensure all budget & contractual KPI’s are achieved
- Ensure all work conforms to legislative & contractual OHS requirements
- Travel around metro Adelaide
Key Selection Criteria:

- Qualification & experience in carpentry or a relevant building trade
- Previous estimating experience
- Ability to effectively supervise trades & contractors
- Insurance building background advantageous, however not essential
- Excellent organisational & time management skills
- Drive, energy & highly motivated
- Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
- Exceptional time management skills
- Ability to be build strong relationships & be empathetic to the needs of the client
- Computer literacy, including strong Microsoft Office skills
- Familiarity with OHS practices & the Building Code of Australia
- Construction White Card & Australian driver licence
