The OpportunityThe Onboarding specialist will be responsible for Customer store change requests and new store activations within agreed SLAs,Process improvements by testing in-house tools functionality and capacity and In case of incidents, is able to work under pressure to rollback changes applied to the stores.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Keep track of incoming change request in JIRA (Dashboards available), analyse them and complete within agreed SLAs.
- Investigate on recurring occurring challenges and issues within the tool and platform, report to L3 teams and follow escalation channels until resolved.
- Periodically update documentation and provide new procedural documentations when required.
- Be a team player and be able to provide training or backup for peers.
What We Are Looking For- Tertiary degree in a relevant technical discipline (Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering).
- Experience in Linux environment.
- Database knowledge(Postgres, SQL), Scripting ( Python, Bash) desirable.
- Experience in Payments or any retail technology products and services is a plus.
