About Monash Health Oncology
Monash Health Oncology has a large Clinical Trials Unit which utilizes the Purpose Build State of the Art Clinical Trials Unit at the MHTP to implement new and exciting clinical trial opportunities for all our Cancer patients. Our Clinical Trials Unit currently runs up to 200 clinical trials at any one time, in all aspects of medical oncology, , and which offers patient-centric care to patients with complex needs. The unit is divided into 6 streams, Early Phase, Gi, GU, Breast, Gynae and Lung/other which have their own trials portfolio.
About the Role
We are looking for 2 motivated individuals to lead on a day to day basis a team of Research Nurses, coordinators and Clinical Trials Assistants, for the newly expanding Breast Cancer Clinical Trials Team as well as the Gynae Oncology Clinical Trials Team These are dynamic and fast-paced teams, working in an ever-evolving developmental area of both targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and chemotherapy.
Day to day oversight/ management of the team
Communicate with management, investigators and outside vendors
Ensure that all trials are conducted safely and in accordance with Monash Health values and ICH GCP guidelines
About You
Have you have been developing your management and leadership skills or you are an accomplished Research Nurse / Coordinator either way, you are ready to take this next step in your Career. You lead by example, thrive working in a dynamic, fast paced environment and are truly passionate about delivering a high standard of evidence based clinical trials to all patients. What You Need
Relevant Qualification (aligned to position description)
Demonstrated experience (aligned to position description noting no reference to years of experience)
Current AHPRA registration (if applicable)
Include any other mandatory/required skills or licenses
