AddressOur inspiring Australian Design client is looking for an ambitious and motivating leader to join the outbound team as their new Online Fulfilment Manager.
The Online Fulfilment Manager will lead the pick & pack team to success by driving high-performance, accuracy and efficiency. They will be responsible for managing end to end Online Fulfilment process as well as planning and directing all outbound operations.
The successful candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience in a Warehouse Management or Online Fulfilment role. Applications from senior Store Managers or Area Managers will also be considered!
- A team player with previous experience managing large teams of 40+
- High-energy and inspiring leadership style
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Great administrative and communication skills
- Previous experience in Word, Excel & Shopify
- Proactive, efficient and willing to learn
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a large pick & pack team to ensure Online Fulfilment is accurate and streamlined
- Coordinate all outgoing stock deliveries
- Plan and direct all outbound operations
- Inspire and coach a large team to achieve company KPI’s

- Analyse KPI metrics and reporting to ensure all opportunities are maximised
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to optimise inventory management
