We are looking for an all-rounder Sales Assistant to join the Dohmen Team here at Ray White Keevers Group.
With a newly renovated office on the bustling Flora Terrace strip in North Beach, onsite parking, working within our tight knit team. You will be working amongst people who genuinely care about you and the success of the team collectively, as well as having a great time along the way.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Organising and maintain database
- Prospecting and maintaining communication of the database to generate leads
- Door knocking and cold calling for lead generation and data gathering
- Preparing marketing material relevant in core markets
- Assist with preparing property reports and pre listing kits
- Administrative tasks such as data entry and scheduling
- Attend pre-launch and post-sale appointments
- Preparation for Home opens including marketing drops and directional placements
- Attend Home Opens
- Liaising with buyers, sellers and settlement agents
- Assist with client requests
- Attend Final Inspections
The successful Applicant will need to:
- Hold a current Real Estate Sales Registration or in the process of obtaining
- Have a well-maintained vehicle & a valid driver’s license
- Be well presented and have a polite, friendly and positive disposition
- Be able to think on their feet
- Have great time management skills
- Have the ability to work both in a team and autonomously
- Have a passion for success in the real estate industry
- Possess excellent people skills and confident communication skills face to face, over the phone and in writing
- Have Initiative and a self-starter mentality
- Be proficient in MS Office and experienced in using a CRM
- Multitask and be able to manage a varied workload
- Have a willingness to learn new skills and commit to ongoing training
- Understand that this is not a 9-5 Mon-Fri role and does require 'out of hours' availability. Note this role does have a degree of flexibility in work hours
- Familiar with the use of Docusign and having previous experience in the Real Estate industry is advantageous
