The Role: Outbound Manager
The Outbound Manager drives the end-to-end Online Fulfilment process and team to pick and pack online orders, with accuracy and efficiency. Based at our Warehouse in Eagle Farm, which boasts a high-performance team and fabulous amenities - you will also be joining a culture that is fun, inclusive, and rewarding!
The Day To Day:
Oversee, plan and direct all Outbound operations and activities including but not limited to;
- Coordination of outgoing stock deliveries
- Regularly report and communicate on the Online fulfilment status
- Lead and inspire a large team to meet and exceed set KPI’s
- Develop and implement strategies to continuously improve outbound processes and drive operational excellence
- Continuously monitor and analyse outbound performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize outbound operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management and streamline order fulfillment processes
On your first day, we expect you already have:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar or warehousing role (highly regarded)
- Strong leadership abilities with sound experience in driving a positive culture + results
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
- Great administrative and communication skills
- High energy and fast paced work ability
- Proficient in Word, Excel & Shopify (preferred, but can be taught to highly motivated individuals)
- Proactive, efficient and willing to learn
- Excellent planning, organisation and time management skills
- A positive can-do attitude
