About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for an Online Order Fulfilment Assistant - Pharmacy to join our team! This role would see you assisting our dedicated pharmacist for our E-Commerce store. Whilst this role is not customer-facing, it does offer you the chance to grow with our E-Commerce team and learn unique skills.
Our team is the heart of everything we do - so we try to support them the best we can through employee recognition, ongoing training and frequent masterclass workshops.
This role is a full-time role, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4pm

Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring all Online Orders are picked and packed accurately and dispatched within our time frame commitments
- Stock & Inventory management
- Work with the Team Leader to ensure the department is fully stocked with packing supplies and operating at peak efficiency.
Skills and Experience
- Excellent communication skills with a great phone manner.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Experience with online/in-store retail.
- Ability to learn new systems and comfortable working in a technology-based environment
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate well with a diverse team.
- A proactive personality that takes the initiative to get things done.
- Pharmacy knowledge is highly regarded but not essential.
