We have an opportunity for a motivated, customer focused and community minded individual to join our team in the role of Pharmacy Assistant assisting with the front of shop and dispensary area.  You will have the opportunity to learn and/or expand your knowledge and skills and become a valuable member of the team.  

The Team is extremely experienced and have a strong Team first culture within the Pharmacy, with a passion for delivering the best experience for our customers each and every time. 

👔 The Role:

• Position: Pharmacy Assistant
• Location: Wollongong
• Working Hours: Full-time  
• Roster: Monday - Friday (availability to work one weekend a fortnight)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure all customers are greeted and served with a smile
• Working in the front of shop area and S2S3 counter 
• Continually learning about new products and keeping up-to-date with in store promotions
• Working as part of the team to ensure all customers gain 'the best' pharmacy experience
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers

About You

• Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills
• Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player among a large team
• Caring, honest and reliable nature
• Confident and self-motivated
• Experience in retail pharmacy preferred but not essential 
• Current S2/S3 certificate preferred 
• Can communicate effectively with all types of customers
• Strong customer service skills
• Proficient computer skills
