ResponsibilitiesHOW CAN YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
At LearningLeaders, our mission is to empower everyone to lead, delight, and inspire. We're responsible for the methodical training and evaluation processes which in turn create fun, impactful, and memorable class experiences for all our students.Candidates joining LL Online will directly contribute to the achievement of these organizational goals.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
  • Coaching online debate and public speaking classes per scheduling
  • Providing feedback on the performance and improvement of the students
  • Ensuring high satisfaction and high retention of the students
  • Providing feedback on the curricula and suggestions on ways to improve the activities.
  • Evaluating, revising, and implementing course curricula.
  • Participating in and supporting with coach training.
  • Designing the students' experience and creating a fun online community.
QualificationsWHAT WE LOOK FOR:
  • Passionate curiosity, love of learning, and a desire to inspire
  • Two or more years of teaching or coaching experience in either a private school, public school, or a private enrichment education academy, and experience working with elementary and middle school students
  • Experience in a formal competitive debate (such as British Parliamentary, World Schools, Public Forum, or Policy Debate and/or competitive individual speech events such as Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, After Dinner Speaking, or Humorous Interpretation)
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal English
  • Strong adaptability to cope with a fast-growing environment
  • Collaborative work ethic and the ability to quickly integrate feedback
  • A sharp eye for detail and consistency
  • Methodical decision-making ability
