What you'll do:

As our Onsite Desktop Support Analyst, you will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations by delivering top-tier technical support. You will be the go-to person for end users, handling everything from deployment of SOE images onto user devices to troubleshooting complex technical issues. Your knack for effective communication with various stakeholders, coupled with your comprehensive understanding of ITIL processes, will set you up for success in this role. Moreover, your dedication to continuous improvement will significantly contribute towards enhancing both customer and employee experiences.

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience by performing onsite Level 1/2 support for end user devices across multiple locations.
  • Handle VIP walk-ups effectively and liaise with executive level staff.
  • Deploy SOE images onto user devices via SCCM.
  • Manage Desktop and Mobile Devices using SCCM, InTune or similar tools.
  • Troubleshoot and isolate Desktop, Networking, Windows Server, O365 issues; escalating to the relevant team when required.
  • Liaise with both internal teams and customer IT teams as required.
  • Perform all support functions under accordance with ITIL process and procedure.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer and employee experience.

Your ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment, work under stress during emergencies, and go the extra mile when required will be key to your success in this role. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills will enable you to liaise effectively with various stakeholders, while your eagerness to learn new technologies will keep you at the cutting edge of industry developments.

  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in a similar IT Support role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and working under stress in emergencies.
  • Deep understanding of support best practices, including identifying the true root cause and going the extra mile when required.
  • Strong proven working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office, Exchange Online and O365, AV management, Windows desktop products, Mobile Device Management, SCCM and associated products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and peers across technical and non-technical areas.
  • A creative, positive professional who has a willingness to learn new technologies, processes and procedures.
