Bupa Wellness deliver workplace health solutions for corporate clients with the ambition to be the best ‘healthcare partner’ in workplace health solutions in Australia. The Onsite Wellness Coordinator (OWC) is responsible for the implementation and service delivery of wellness programs for a key corporate client, based at the client’s head office 2 days a week.
This role also works to support a number of other corporate clients as directed by the Client Services Team leader to deliver Bupa Wellness products into their organisation. Key to this role is responsibility for delivering a superior level of service in accordance with Bupa’s service standards, developing professional relationships with key client stakeholders and maximising employee engagement in their wellness program and services.
How will I help?
- Provide administration support and coordinate logistics for Bupa Wellness activities, including scheduling, ordering resources to support delivery, distribute marketing materials, and liaising with site contacts.
- Develop and implement a customised communication plan to increase awareness of and engagement in wellness services.
- Monitor and provide regular booking updates in the lead-up to wellness service delivery to ensure great engagement.
- Be the point of contact for wellness service facilitators at the Sydney head office and for online events.
- In partnership with Senior Health and Wellbeing Lead, track and monitor wellness spend.
- Contribute to the promotion and implementation of non-Bupa wellbeing programs. (Key corporate client only)
- Support the Senior Health and Wellbeing Lead in quarterly review presentations to evaluate the wellness program using health outcomes, attendance data, feedback, engagement strategies implemented and other relevant information. (Key corporate client only)
- Assist with the design of future programs, including recommendations for program delivery, proposals for new services and calendar of events.
- Assist the Bupa Commercial Partnership Manager to organise Bupa Private Health Insurance benefit presentations. (Key corporate client only)

What do I need?
- Background in health promotion/science/allied health (desirable)
- Experience in marketing and/or event management (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good organisational skills, proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
- Administration experience (essential)
