ABOUT THE ROLE Working in the Customer Experience and Business Performance Directorate, reporting to the Director, the Safety and Wellness Coordinator is responsible for the management of Council’s Safety Management System, including all programs and initiatives relating to the creation and maintenance of a safe workplace for staff/stakeholder wellness. The position leads the Safety and Wellness team, with a view to delivering service and support to staff at all levels, whilst ensuring suitable systems, processes and resources are in place to facilitate a safe and healthy place of work.
