Your responsibilities will encompass oversight of programs and activities, focusing on ensuring the safety, development, and welfare of the children and families under our care. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience and expertise in Child Protection Programs or relevant fields.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture and values, with the ability to leverage cultural knowledge to enhance program effectiveness.
- Essential certifications include a Working With Children Check (WWCC), Police Check (issued within 12 months), and any other relevant checks as required.
