The Perfect Opportunity
Our Thrive Kids teams are continually growing to support our communities little humans in their educational growth. With that being said, we’re expanding our team and seeking enthusiastic OOSH Educators to join the team on a permanent, part-time basis at our Medowie and Raymond Terrace OOSH Service.
Your role is an essential and highly important one requiring a high level of customer service and enthusiasm – assisting the Supervisor in planning, implementing and evaluating our OOSH programs for our communities little humans!
An understanding of all relevant Acts and Regulations is a must, as we pride ourselves on our ability to maintain a safe environment for all.
Your core days of work and hours are as follows:
- Raymond Terrace: 30.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 6:30 am to 8:45 am and 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm
- Medowie: 28 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 7:00 am – 8:45 am and 2:30 pm – 6:00 pm

- Base Hourly Range: $29.76 to $32.27 + 11% superannuation + $1,593 retention allowance + Broken shift allowance
