Lifeline North Coast are looking for a full-time Op Shop Coordinator for our Coffs Harbour West High St Shop.
As a Op Shop Coordinator, you will have a can-do attitude to energise and support a team of volunteers.
You will work with our volunteers to curate store displays, engage customers with friendly-helpful customer service and be an integral part of developing innovative ideas to make op-shopping exciting.

We pride ourselves on having a fun and engaging work environment. This role will oversee all duties associated with managing a shop, its personnel, and its stock including:
- Open and close the shop 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
- Utilise a digital touch, point of sale system to manage sales
- Oversee donations being received at the shop
- Ensure a happy customer-friendly and safe work environment with a focus on quality customer service outcomes and initiatives.
- Supervision, support and training of shop volunteers - encouraging volunteers to be involved with customer service, cleaning and general operations of the shop
- Lead a diverse and dynamic team with the aim to support and grow individual goals

SELECTION CRITERIA
- An energetic and positive person who is adaptable to change, supports continual improvement and wants to have an impact.
- Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
- Experienced with sales targets.
- Excellent organisational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
- Sound computer literacy.
- Be aware of WHS & security risks.
- Experience working with ‘Square’ or similar Digital Point of Sale devices and tools.
- Sensitivity to the ethos of Lifeline.
- NSW Drivers license and National Police Check or be willing to obtain.
