We have a fantastic opportunity to work as an Operational Business Analyst in our Support Services Team for someone to operational support required for the onboarding of new distribution partners, and the on-going sales support for the existing partner network.
Key responsibilities include:
Support the Allianz third party distribution framework with regards to the onboarding of new partners.
Perform due diligence and prepare distribution agreements for Allianz partners across Consumer and Commercial divisions.
Perform ongoing system maintenance to support the intermediated partner network, with regards to supporting partner remuneration and partner discount structures.
Provide support projects and roll outs as required.
Review and maintain process guides and procedure documents to ensure viability and fit for purpose.
Dissect the workflow to identify ways to further improve productivity and correct any potential glitch or issue that may hinder business processes.
Complete reporting requirements accurately and efficiently.
To be considered for this role you should possess:
Experience in general insurance, financial services or banking would be welcomed.
A fanatical attention to detail to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.
Proactive and confident demeanour to allow you to work autonomously and be confident in your decision making.
Proven administration experience with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Experience in the use of Polisy would be welcomed but is not expected.
Proficient time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills will be required daily.
Resilience and composure to work in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment will be essential.
