What this job involves
As the Operational Excellence Manager you will ensure optimum facilities management services are provided in the day to operations across our clients national portfolio.
You will be responsible for the administration of our Computerised Maintenance Management system as well as account level reporting. You will also be accountable for management of JLL account-based data, in terms of quality, integrity, interpretation, insights & continuous development, including data management tools.
A critical element of this role is procurement service delivery including vendor management, delivering savings through negotiation or productivity and ensuring 100% compliance of all sourcing and procurement procedures and records according with all corporate policies
Accountable for but not limited to:
CMMS Management
Responsible for overall integrity of the system and assuming responsibility for supporting the account team, overseeing proper system use & configuration
Serve as the single point of contact to the account team for all CMMS system related questions, support issues, and requirements
Data Management
Collating, interpreting & analysing BI data
Collation of client reporting as required by the account Lead Team
HSE & Quality
Understand & actively support JLL’s HSE & Quality Management programs
Procurement & Vendor Management
Support the management of vendors appointed by JLL on the IAL Account, including operational readiness and operational performance via the JLL Vendor Management framework.
General
Supporting & driving the implementation of new technology to the benefit of internal & client customers

You’ll have proven experience in a facilities, property, procurement or related field with a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to their client. You are an engaging professional who thrives on inspiring and developing their team with a keen eye for detail and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
You will also have:
Experience working in critical environments.
Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
Knowledge of vendor management for specialized services
Understand basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system)
Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts.
Good budget management and financial analysis skills
