Operational Risk - Senior Associate 

A boutique emerging markets bank is currently recruiting for an Operational Risk professional to join their Risk Management Division. You will be responsible for developing the operational risk management framework, delivery of the Bank’s Risk Control Self-Assessment (“RCSA”) and working closely with the Control Office, and assisting in the development and preparation of the Banks Annual Operational Risk Scenario calculation and ICAAP. 

You will have Operational Risk Management experience gained in a banking environment and a detailed understanding of the key components of Operational Risk with a specific focus on RCSA’s, KRI’s and related control frameworks.
