Operational Services Officer (Casual)

The Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service is based in Yeppoon, a coastal town in Central Queensland, Australia. Yeppoon is renowned for its beaches, tropical climate, and the islands out on the bay. Twenty-five minutes from the city of Rockhampton, Yeppoon is the principal town on the Capricorn Coast, a string of seaside communities stretching more than 150 kilometres from north to south, in which approximately 25,000 people live.

Provide non-clinical support to the Capricorn Coast Hospital and Health Service in the areas of porterage, cleaning, food services, fire safety and security, linen, and waste management.

To be successful in this role you will be someone who can:

• Work with minimal supervision and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively to liaise with clients and employees of the hospital.
• Be a valuable team player.
• Work effectively and be flexible in a changing environment to meet client needs.

Salary information

Remuneration value is comprised of:

• A salary between $37.30 - $40.22 per hour (including 23% casual loading)
• 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
