This role is available on a part time (0.6 FTE) through to full time basis and is an excellent opportunity for those with an interest in learning, growing, and developing their project management career without the full-time commitment; or someone looking to scale back and get greater work life balance.

The OpportunityIn this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Operational Technology (OT) team by providing agile project management support across one team that does work for multiple projects. You will be responsible for coordinating the planning, scheduling, and task management of OT work, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
The OT team builds, support and maintains the energy management system which is growing rapidly to support SA's renewable energy growth. The engineering team builds, operates and supports the systems which monitor and control the network, and is building rapidly with latest technology to support a reliable, sustainable energy system for the future.
You will:
Coordinate, plan and assist with task management and resource planning using MS Project, JIRA and agile project management principles.
Work with a range of stakeholders in addition to the OT team, including project managers and controllers, developing timelines of work, gathering cost estimations and monitoring planning cycles.
Be involved in planning sessions and guide continuous improvement opportunities to ensure efficient activities and mitigating risk.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Be experienced in the project management delivery space.
- Have strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Be disciplined, have great attention to detail and ability to organise multiple concurrent activities efficiently.
- Support technical people to do the work they are best at.
- Be able to work with a broad range of individuals and the confidence to suggest continuous improvements so the team can work more efficiently.
