- Motium is growing. Fast. As such, not all our policies and procedures are shiny and well-polished. We are a work-in-progress and catching up as quick as we can. However, if you find it difficult to work without 100% of the processes outlined, this role might not be for you.
- We are agile, fast, and quick to react when we see problems. We expect everyone to take ownership of their own mistakes, and help deliver a successful, quality resolution.
