The role:
You will provide exceptional technical support for OT systems. Ensure smooth operation, troubleshoot issues, and maintain network integrity. Collaborate with teams to optimize performance and drive innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- Love tinkering with Microsoft Office applications? Excel and Word are your jam!
- Got 2 to 5 years of experience under your belt? Perfect! You're ready to tackle any tech puzzle.
- Communication skills on point? Great! We need someone who can explain tech stuff in plain English.
- Building servers and setting up operating systems? No problem for you!
- Networking whiz? Spanning Tree, VLANs, VPNs – you've got it covered!
Desirable Skills:
- Ever worked with SCADA systems? Bonus points!
- Team player extraordinaire? We love to see it!
- Virtualization savvy? VMWare and Hyper-V are right up your alley.
Daily Tasks:
- Support our clients with their OT setups – it's like being a tech hero!
- Keep systems safe with monthly virus updates.
- Back up routers and switches like a pro.
- Help plan for the worst with backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Make sure everything's running smoothly with SCADA node checks.
- Keep licenses and software up-to-date – because nobody likes outdated tech!
- Keep an eye on system health – just like giving your tech a check-up!
