SeaLink Northern Territory is part of the Kelsian Group. Based in Darwin and operating across various locations in the Top End, with over 35 staff, SeaLink is a fast-growing business and a prominent ferry and tour operator in the region, operating daily 13 daily ferry services to Mandorah, 3 ferry services a week to the Tiwi Islands, daily ferry and bus services in the Groote Eylandt region as well as tourism operations in our regions.
About the Role
Based in Darwin and reporting to the General Manager, this role will have responsibility for providing high level support in our operations and admin areas in our busy Darwin office. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on admin/tourism professional to develop a career with high-profile SeaLink. This role supports marine and bus transport operations, tourism operations and office administration including customer service (reservations) and will allow you to develop your skills and knowledge to add value.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Administration experience
- Experience in the Tourism and Transport Industry.
- Experience in supporting daily business transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate scheduling employee rosters.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Numerical ability and data entry skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Works well in a team environment as well as autonomously.
