Operations Administration - Transport Industry

Established in 1966 Bonds Transport Group has been providing customers with prompt same day deliveries and outstanding customer service and has now expanded to cater for deliveries in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. Since 1979 Bonds has provided specialised transport services to the international freight forwarding industry. Whether it is local, regional or interstate – Bonds can provide a transport solution.

As part of our Perth operation you will work closely with both the internal operations team as well as our customers and drivers. This is a full time Perth based role, located at our Welshpool office.

As Operations Administration you will be required to:

• DIFOT reporting and update pricing (data entry)
• Investigate and process driver and customer queries
• Support the Operations team (monitoring service and allocation)
• Provide customers with quotes and book consignments
• Booking of timeslots and assisting with driver scheduling

Key Attributes

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
• Problem solving and coming up with new ideas and solutions (Critical thinker)
• MS Office proficiency (spreadsheets. proposals, analysis of rates and services, etc.)
• Transport Industry experience not essential. you will be trained on all systems and processes in the business.
