- Prevent fraud and identify shipping inconsistencies.
- Train fulfillment centres and support customer service.
- Analyse data and create reports to improve ecommerce performance.
- Review online content and collaborate with content team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve goals.
- Handle chargebacks and resolve order/consignment issues.
- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
- Support partnerships with fulfillment and operation providers.
- Prior experience in a similar or relevant position will be desirable
- Must have experience within Retail industry

- Office 365 proficiency
