Who We Are:Spotlight Group Holdings (“SGH”) is looking to grow their talented, highly entrepreneurial team. SGH is Australia's largest privately-owned and operated family business, comprising of the Spotlight Retail Group, the Spotlight Property Group, Spotlight Direct Investments and the Spotlight Charitable Foundation.Comprising of the long term existing iconic brands in Spotlight, Anaconda and Mountain Designs, together with the exciting addition of Harris Scarfe, SRG is acknowledged as the market leaders within the Australian retail Space.What You Will Be Doing:Order Management (40%)

• Ensure smooth order flow and resolve fulfillment issues.
• Prevent fraud and identify shipping inconsistencies.

Communication & Reporting (40%)

• Train fulfillment centres and support customer service.
• Analyse data and create reports to improve ecommerce performance.
• Review online content and collaborate with content team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to achieve goals.

Administrative (20%)

• Handle chargebacks and resolve order/consignment issues.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.
• Support partnerships with fulfillment and operation providers.

About You:

• Prior experience in a similar or relevant position will be desirable
• Must have experience within Retail industry
• Proactive problem-solver with initiative
• Office 365 proficiency
• Makes informed decisions for business & customer success
• Flexible with hours
• You should be a team player with strong verbal & written communication
