Join our team as an Operations Admin at our Beresfield Warehouse. This is a part-time position

Start time: 9:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday. We are also flexible, and can discuss after you apply and we will be in contact.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective movement of pallet and operations data 
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive processing of manifests
• Handle general administration tasks and provide support to the site manager.
• Answering calls for Customer Service
• Organise and review driver run sheets and report discrepancies to management
• Support and process load plans, while ensuring that all Dangerous Goods Declarations are properly attached to customer consignments.

The successful applicant will have:

• Strong computer literacy skills.
• Knowledge of the transport & logistics industry desirable.
• Must have a background in administration.
• Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• An ability to work well under pressure.
• A friendly and helpful demeanor.
