Northfleet are the largest fleet provider in the Pilbara and are a market leader in the transport, bus, vehicle, and crane hire industry, supplying solutions to customers throughout, Perth, Pilbara, Southwest and regional Western Australia. We are looking for an Operations Administrator/Detailer to join our team in Port Hedland. This is a residential role and no FIFO will be considered.
Working closely with our operations team, you will be responsible for
- Taking the administrative lead on hire, and all facets of daily administration
- Managing on and off hire fleet
- Assisting with detailing of our fleet
- Daily data entry of driver hours into our fatigue management matrix
- Data entry of timesheets for payroll processing
- Using the transport management software to amend job consignment details and process invoices accurately
- Point of contact for customer enquiries to the office via phone and face to face.
- Assist the Operations team with client service and support.
- Support the Operations team with generating purchase orders and entry into fleet programs
- Arranging site inductions
The skills and attributes that you will possess
- Previous office experience will be highly regarded
- Experience of knowledge of the transport & logistics industry will be highly regarded.
- Attention to detail and accuracy with regards to payroll and accounts data
- Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised
- Ability to prioritise competing work requirements
- Excellent communication skills, and a confident and professional manner.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office competency
- Must have a Manual C Class driver's license.
