Water cooler rental / filter servicing company based in Silverwater looking for an Operations Manager to work with our General Manager (Qld based) and State Service Managers (NSW and QLD) with their primary focus being the management and day to day functions of all things related to people, systems management, training and education (old and new), motor vehicles, stock rotation and Logistics, and some travel to coordinate same across NSW and SE QLD.
A wide and varied skill set would be required for this role which would see plenty of variety day to day and would suit a highly organised, logical problem solver to manage both their own day to day activities and those of others working primarily from our Silverwater Office.
Some Regional and Interstate travel will be required intermittently.
Ideally any or all of the following attributes would be considered an advantage….
- People Management and Communication.
- Staff Training (internally), Accreditation and Staff Education of what happens before and after what they may do (being process driven).
- People Logistics and Geography (NSW and QLD) including the Management of our Jobbing System and Scheduling Team (some IT experience will be beneficial).
- A Service, Maintenance or Logistics background, and/or plumbing knowledge (not essential, but advantageous – full training provided also) would also assist.
- Customer Service skills will also be an advantage at different stages if required.
This is a full-time role - remuneration is Salary, Incentives, plus Super and includes a Motor Vehicle, phone and other necessities.
