Opportunity
IRISNDT Australia is currently experiencing significant organic and inorganic growth and now requires a full time Administration / Operations Assistant reporting to the WA Operations Director to support the business's ongoing operations based at our Welshpool Office.
Responsibilities:
Administration
- Answering of incoming telephone calls
- Maintenance of Jobs using internal IRISNDT software
- Invoice preparation prior to approval.
- Filing of test records
- Purchase Order Request & Receipting
Operations
- Mobilisation of staff to remote sites
- Co-ordinate maintenance of company vehicles
- Co-ordinate transport of test items and equipment to other locations
- Communicate with clients via telephone and email as required.
- Other duties as requested by the WA Operations Director
Quality
- Assist with the maintenance of calibration records using internal IRISNDT software
- Maintain Employees Technical / Training Record using internal IRISNDT software
Safety
- Support Mechanical Testing Manager with compliance using internal IRISNDT software
- Maintain Employees Training Records using internal IRISNDT software
Skills and Experience
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Reliable and committed.
- Great interpersonal and comprehension skills to be able to deal with clients and staff.
- Strong work ethic and confidence to take initiative and work self-sufficiently in your role.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company as we continue to expand.
- Comfortable working in an Industrial Environment
- Current WA drivers’ license
