Your new role
This will be a full-time Monday to Friday role based on the Brisbane Southside. This role is fast-paced and day-to-day life could look like:
- First point of contact for all staff and crew regarding administration matters
- Supporting management with rosters and scheduling
- Maintaining crew compliance, training and industry records
- Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
- Front reception duties and responding to general enquiries
- General office upkeep and maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in administration or operational support
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Strong time management, understanding completing all tasks and managing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy skills
