HAYS are currently working with a world leading supply chain operator, focussed on providing safe and efficient logistics solutions. Operating since 1833, they are a diverse, family-feel team who work proudly to keep supply chains running smoothly. 

Your new role 

This will be a full-time Monday to Friday role based on the Brisbane Southside. This role is fast-paced and day-to-day life could look like: 

• First point of contact for all staff and crew regarding administration matters 
• Supporting management with rosters and scheduling 
• Maintaining crew compliance, training and industry records 
• Raising purchase orders and managing invoices 
• Front reception duties and responding to general enquiries
• General office upkeep and maintenance 

What you'll need to succeed 

This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have: 

• Demonstrated experience in administration or operational support 
• Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks 
• Strong time management, understanding completing all tasks and managing deadlines 
• Excellent interpersonal skills 
• Strong computer literacy skills
