Millennium Services Group is proud to provide cleaning and additional integrated services to a wide range of retail and commercial clients across the Perth Metropolitan area. We are seeking a driven and efficient individual for the role of Operations Assistant. Based at our Head Office in Osborne Park, you will assist in the delivery of our services for the Operations Department.
About the role
Working with the Operations Team and Senior Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department for a diverse range of projects and daily tasks – no two days are the same! Previous experience favourably considered although not essential.
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Department General Managers and Teams in managing relationships with key clients.
- Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports.
- Organise and coordinate meetings including minute taking.
- Provide assistance to the Operations department by updating and maintaining operational department including KPI spreadsheets and site lists.
- Assist with contract documentation including new contracts, variations and cessations.
- Liaise with other departments at the Millennium head office, including HR, Compliance, Marketing and Accounts.
- Other duties as required.
Ideally the successful candidate will possess:
- All round office skills
- Advanced organisation and multitasking skills
- Strong aptitude with computers and can easily pick up new IT skills and programs
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure
- A high level of drive, initiative and efficiency
- A flexible and positive attitude, with a determination for meeting goals and deadlines
- An eye for detail
- A good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- The ability to meet client needs and expectations
