What you’ll experience
As the Operations Assistant, you’ll join a supportive team of 12 in Osborne Park. We’ll value your quirks and celebrate your wins. And we’ll help you get up-to-speed with your day-to-day.
Your days will be downstairs in the warehouse. You’ll pick, pack, and ship a variety of wellness products across the world. Quality check products to ensure they are in perfect condition before leaving our warehouse.
Some days, you’ll lift and ship over 1,000 items. Some of these weigh up to 19kg, so everyone has each other’s backs.
You’ll always find things to do in this busy warehouse. Moving, loading, and unloading stock. Keeping an eye on stock levels. Labelling and keeping things shipshape.
Your understanding of faulty goods, returns, and best retail practices will come in handy. Don’t worry if your knowledge extends to different goods or procedures – we’ll train you. You’ll also use Word, Excel and email.
