Your new role
This will be a full-time Monday to Friday role based on the Brisbane Southside. This role is fast-paced and day-to-day life could look like:
First point of contact for all staff and crew regarding administration matters
Supporting management with rosters and scheduling
Maintaining crew compliance, training and industry records
Raising purchase orders and managing invoices
Front reception duties and responding to general enquiries
General office upkeep and maintenance
What you'll need to succeed
This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves a challenge. To be considered for this role, ideally you will have:
Demonstrated experience in administration or operational support
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
Strong time management, understanding completing all tasks and managing deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong computer literacy skills
