Operations Business Analyst

As our Retail Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving the business strategy and operations of EssilorLuxottica. With a primary focus to analyze data, identify trends and provide actionable insights to enhance sales performance, customer satisfaction, and overall business efficiency. You will collaborate with various departments, including operations, marketing, sales & finance to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement of business processes. We are open to applicants with 18-24 months continued employement within Business Analytics, this position offers opportunities for growth and development with potential career paths leading to senior analysts positions within our Support Office. 
Join our team as a Retail Business Analyst and contribute to the success and growth of EssilorLuxottica through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. 
The Retail Operations Business Analyst is accountable for
-Analysing business performances, using our database, being able to manipulate and adapt info to get insight and suggestion to our Sales team
-Being part of Advanced scheduling and forecasting project, will be responsible to drive the Forecasting to better plan in advance
-React and respond properly and efficiency to questions regarding KPIs and performances with ad hoc analysis
-Closely collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to provide analysis on business impacts and incentives
-Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
-Support the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability.
 
Skills & Experience Required 
-Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the retail industry with strong KPI focus 
-Intermediate Word, Excel, BI and Power BI
-Priority driven: working in a fast paced retail environment it's necessary to identify priorities and adhere to deadlines
-Managerial skills to be able to drive our project management teams to achieve results
-Communication: Expresses ideas, opinions and thoughts succinctly
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and measure their impact
-Possess a keen analytical mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for numbers and data
