TAM International Asia Pacific has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team in Roma, Queensland. To be successful in this role, you will:
- Coordinate and manage the field service operation in the Asia Pacific region by directing and coordinating activities consistent with the established goals, objectives and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate field service operations throughout region.
- Involved in the pre-planning of jobs.
- Participate in project planning/or spud meetings.
- Responsible for producing and approving job procedures and risk assessments for use by service personnel on customer locations or other job sites.
- Assist TAM service personnel with any job-related inquiries, procedures that may be required for the job and evaluate job with personnel.
- Conduct post job briefings.
- Determine that TAM Service Locations are in-line with Excellence at the Wellsite®
- Develop and/or revise standard operational and working practices and observe workers to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an oilfield downhole tool environment is essential.
- College or university education; or minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and computer networks/email.
- Ability to work autonomously with a proactive approach.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings for packers and related downhole tools.
- Drivers Licence.
- Valid Forklift Truck Certificate.
