The Cowan Restoration Group is looking for enthusiastic staff willing to join our Operations team in our Sydney office in an Operations Co-ordinator/Scheduler role.
Your responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure that the State Manager is kept updated on all matters relevant to the efficient operation of the Cowan Group
- Schedule, assign, coordinate, and follow up on job schedules to ensure consistent client/customer satisfaction and to meet KPI’s.
- Ensure all interactions with Insurance companies, their agents and Insureds is updated on the Cowan Group Customer Relationship Database as well as relevant Insurance company or agent reporting systems as necessary
- Monitor the actual time and costs of work performed against forecast time and cost to minimise claim over runs and update the State Manager of any change in the scope of the work performed
- Ability, when required, to effectively delegate, assign, provide clear direction, and follow up to achieve measurable results
- Support the creation of programs to drive continuous process improvement and lean management programs to improve team member and financial performance
- Ability to carry and/or lift up to >23kg.
- Ability to bend, stretch, squat, reach, crawl, and climb, when necessary.
- Ability to travel when required

- Experience in Water, Fire and Mould restoration highly regarded
- IICRC Accreditations highly regarded
- Exceptional customer service

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound organisational skills including strong attention to detail
- Proven time-management skills
