We are currently looking for an individual to join our team in fulfilling our administration and scheduling position at our Braeside location.
We require a determined, fun loving and hardworking person to step into this role. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional and honest with a high attention to detail while possessing the ability to deliver a high standard of customer service to our clients. Preference will be given to applicants with experience in serviceM8 and/or Simpro
You will be the first point of contact for our customers and as such, must exude confidence and professionalism at all times. The position will include administrative duties pertaining to scheduling client appointments, sales support in contacting potential new customers, liaison with our current client base and preparing various business documentation to support the business owners.
This is a full time position with flexible hours and training will be provided.
