About the Role
We are seeking a Operations Coordinator / Administrator to join our team in Applecross. If you are a dynamic individual with a passion for efficient operations and seamless coordination, we'd love to speak with you.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Effective rostering of team members across different client sites, keeping in mind varying client requirements and team member availability. Right people, at the right time, in the right place.
• Manage the onboarding for any employees to varies client sites, including but not limited to PPE issuing, and guiding employees through mobilisation and site requirements.
• Ensure all team members qualifications and certifications are current and valid, and uploaded on the ERMS System for mobilisation to sites accordingly.
• Coordinate and administer flight bookings and changes for team members including managing the ERMS flight and accommodation booking system.
• Managing casual pool engagement.
• Maintaining supporting trackers & reports.
• Some administration duties as required.
About You
• Highly organised and detail orientated person
• Demonstrated ability to maintain positive engagement with people
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Previous rostering experience in Mining or Construction is well received
• Previous shutdown or high-volume rostering experience is highly regarded
