Ausblast is currently seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to join the team based in Port Kennedy. You will be responsible for the mobilisation of personnel to various mine sites and locations across WA and supporting the General Manager with day-to-day operational and administration duties.
Key Duties will include:
- Preparing Quotations / Invoices
- Mobilisation of personnel to various mine sites including booking flights and accommodation.
- Organising relevant training, site-specific inductions, PPE, and medical requirements.
- Preparing Purchase orders
- Time Sheet management
- General administration duties
About you
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the mining or equipment hire environment
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks and priorities to ensure deadlines are met
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
