About the role
This role acts as primary point of contact for customer interactions relating to the Key Mining and Facilities clients and ensures that all matters are responded to promptly and efficiently providing the highest quality of customer service to meet the client’s needs.
The Operations Coordinator will liaise with internal and external TGE departments and divisions, subcontractors, suppliers and sites to most effectively engage, channel and direct resources so that work is completed in the most efficient and effective means.
What you’ll do
Liaise with customers regarding outstanding queries and escalate where required.
Act as a point of contact for major key Mining, Projects, and Facilities customers, arrange pickups for these accounts when required and assist customers.
Ensure all revenue and expenses within the Mining and Facilities client base for the branch are accurately captured and allocated.
Ensure that data entry into Tollworks is in line with branch procedures, is accurate and completed daily.
Prepare quotations, create con notes and manage manifesting documentation.
Create, maintain, and distribute customer and operational KPIs.
What you’ll bring
Good practical experience in a customer service/operational environment with the ability to develop further.
Understanding of accruals, and internal costs/allowances.
Understanding of Company organisational structures and associated reporting lines.
Understanding of Chain of Responsibility.
Understanding of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations.
A sound knowledge and application of the charging and billing systems/procedures.
Good problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Experience with PC packages Office/Excel- intermediate to advanced.
Ability to multitask while meeting conflicting deadlines.
