The Arundel State School P&C Association is seeking a friendly, outgoing, reliable person for the position of Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of the Arundel State School Parents and Citizens Association Executive and staff.
Duties may include but not be limited to:
• Supporting the P&C Executive by overseeing the daily activities of the Association including the Tuckshop and Uniform Shop
• Social media/marketing - Engaging our community, providing information and promoting the events and achievements of the P&C through various communication channels
• Maintaining records of the Association including compliance, regulations, reports, policies, procedures and memberships
• Actively encourage, foster and coordinate volunteering within the school community
• Management of Square & Flexischools software systems
• Assist with the management of fundraising activities when necessary
• Uniform Shop Management including serving, maintaining shop, stocktake and placing uniform orders
• Manage equipment maintenance, purchasing and repairs
• Attendance at P&C meetings after hours will be required twice during the school term
• The successful candidate is required to hold a current paid Blue Card before commencing

ThePosition:
• Part Time – 3 month contract basis with opportunity of extension
• Salary Wages and conditions subject to the Parents & Citizens Associations Retail Award State 2017
- The position is Monday to Friday (between 15
- 20 hours per week) during the school term (40 weeks per year).
