About the role: Due to expansion in different regions around Australia, we are seeking operations co-ordinator to join our team.
This role of Operations Co-ordinator will facilitate additional resource infrastructure to assist in the further growth of GeoQ:
- General business administration duties
- Assist payroll duties, with support of external accountants
- Reconciliation of expenses, accounts and payments to suppliers
- Assistance in staff rostering
- Booking staff travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support invoicing and cash flow forecasting with company General Manager
- Undertake staff onboarding duties when required
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers and clients
- Ordering and co-ordination of testing equipment and PPE for staff
- Work on marketing and pitch documents, website, marketing collateral etc
The candidate requires the following has/is;
- Accounting or bookkeeping experience and/or qualifications (ideally with experience in Xero)
- Experienced in construction contractor or mining businesses
- The role is based in Brisbane however applications nationally will be considered for the right candidate.
- Self-motivated and happy to work from home on a flexible part time basis
- A Valid Driver’s License
